Monday, July 22nd to Thursday July 25th ice times are 6:30PM - 7:45PM

In a regular hockey game there is approximately 200 transitions from offence to defence or defence to offence. Having the ability to transition quickly and powerfully is a critical element to being an impact hockey player. Our ATM (agility and transition movements) camp will feature elite edge work, pivots, open hips and mohawks to improve your transitions. Also, players will be taught dynamic agility skating moves such as lateral weight shifts, anchor cuts, soft drag cuts and punch cuts to become a dynamic skater and be a constant offensive threat while on the ice. To be a dynamic hockey player you must have the ability to change directions quickly and our ATM camp will provide you the knowledge and opportunities to add those skills to your game.
