Powerskating Camp
With 5 on-ice sessions over one week, this camp helps young players build a strong skating base and basic puck control — with a major focus on proper skating mechanics (forward stride, turning & edge control, and cross-overs). Flow Hockey is best known for it's knowledge on all skating movements that players require at every level. Our Powerskating Camps are our bread & butter. Player requirements: Must already be able to skate on their own. Must be able to get up from the ice unassisted. Should be able to focus for a 50-minute session. This is not a learn-to-skate program.
