THE PROGRAM
OFF-ICE WORK THAT TRANSLATES ONTO THE ICE
Our Summer Track Program runs from the last week of May through the end of June and is designed specifically for hockey players looking to improve their speed, agility, power, and overall athletic performance. Players train with parachutes, bungee cords, box jumps, weights, hills, hurdles, and more. Every drill is designed to challenge athletes, build strength and explosiveness, and help take their performance on the ice to the next level.
COACHING LEADERSHIP
LED BY RYANN LEWIS AND TY LEWIS
Each session is carefully planned to provide focused, high-level training for athletes of all skill levels. Additional hockey instructors support larger groups as needed, keeping instruction purposeful and athletes moving.
